Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of prospective clients' business needs, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and product overviews to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Gather and document client requirements, and provide feedback to the product development team to ensure continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Customize and tailor product demonstrations and proposals according to client needs, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to customize and tailor product demonstrations and proposals according to client needs.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide pre-sales technical support to potential clients.
- Conduct product trainings and workshops for the sales team to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the sales process, strategies, and best practices.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 year of experience in a presales or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
