We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our business development team with previous software solution sales and/or business development experience. As a Solution Specialist within our sales team, your main role will be to identify, win and retain clients
in India with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of FieldAssist software products and solutions.
- Generate leads and conduct prospecting activities including follow-ups from telesales efforts.
- Deliver engaging corporate presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Qualify and manage sales opportunities; prepare proposals and respond to client queries.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with key decision-makers.
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis to identify potential market segments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within defined deadlines.
- Monitor sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Who we're looking for:
- Minimum 2+ years sales/business development experience in the technology industry
- Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise level software
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud is an added advantage
- Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Prepared to travel
