Key Responsibilities Own global enterprise accounts end-to-end, including strategy, growth, and account health Drive organic growth through adoption, upsell, and cross-sell, and inorganic expansion across BUs and geographies 
Lead executive engagements (EBRs/QBRs) and build strong CXO-level relationships
Oversee delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client outcomes are met
Identify new opportunities within accounts using data, industry insights, and market intelligence
Act as the escalation point and ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Global Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts across international markets
Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue ownership and deal closures
Experience working across APAC, MEA, or Europe markets
Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and AI sales tools
Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
