About the Role
Own data analytics, value-impact storytelling, dashboarding, and deal operations for 1–2 strategic
global accounts. This is a builder role — someone who can independently turn raw account data into
decision-ready insights and customer-facing value narratives, using modern AI tools to work faster and
smarter, not just maintain trackers.
Key Responsibilities
Value & Impact Reporting
• Build account-level value-impact reports/dashboards that quantify ROI, usage adoption, and
business outcomes delivered to the client
• Translate raw product/usage/sales data into a compelling narrative for QBRs and renewal
conversations
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Copilot, AI-native BI features) to accelerate analysis, drafting,
and insight generation
Analytics & Dashboarding
• Design and own dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio) — not just consume them
• Pull and model data from CRM, product usage logs, and finance systems; build repeatable
pipelines, not one-off pulls
• Identify trends, risks, and expansion signals proactively from data
Deal Operations
• Own deal trackers, pricing/discount workflows, contract and renewal timelines end-to-end
• Run deal desk coordination across finance, legal, and product
• Maintain CRM hygiene and process discipline
Coordination & Account Support
• Be the operational backbone for the account lead — own follow-ups, account documentation,
RFP data inputs
• Prep and sometimes help present in account review calls

Skills & Competencies
• Advanced dashboarding: Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio — building from scratch, not just
templates
• AI fluency: hands-on, regular use of AI tools for analysis, report drafting, summarization —
should be able to show examples
• SQL: working proficiency to pull/join/clean data independently
• Advanced Excel/GSheets: formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling
• CRM: Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho — admin-level comfort preferred
• Strong narrative/storytelling skills: can write a “so what” insight, not just a chart
• Stakeholder management: across account leads, finance, legal, product
• High ownership: comfortable operating independently with minimal hand-holding
Experience Profile
• 3–5 years in business/sales analytics, deal desk, revenue operations, or account/customer
success operations
• Proven track record of building dashboards/reports used in real business decisions (portfolio or
examples expected)
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in actual work — not just casual awareness
• B2B/SaaS/enterprise account experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's required; MBA or analytics certification a plus

• Dashboards reduce manual reporting time by [X]%
