Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Generate and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, scheduling meetings for the Sales team.
- Campaign Management: Leverage campaign tools to send targeted cold emails to segmented audiences.
- Lead Generation: Conduct independent research and LinkedIn prospecting while maintaining CRM accuracy.
- Target Achievement: Consistently book 3-4 demos per week, meeting and exceeding set targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain prospect relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Who we're looking for:
- Any Bachelor's degree, along with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong aptitude for learning.
- Proficiency in sales prospecting tools such as Lusha and Klenty, with the ability to leverage them for lead generation.
- Experience with LinkedIn campaigns and digital marketing strategies to identify and nurture potential leads.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM Software functioning is a must.
- Experience in the SaaS or Mobile Apps industry preferred. Prior experience with FMCG clients is a plus.
