Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Generate and nurture leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, scheduling meetings for the Sales team.
  • Campaign Management: Leverage campaign tools to send targeted cold emails to segmented audiences.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct independent research and LinkedIn prospecting while maintaining CRM accuracy.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently book 3-4 demos per week, meeting and exceeding set targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain prospect relationships through timely follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Who we're looking for:

  • Any Bachelor's degree, along with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong aptitude for learning.
  • Proficiency in sales prospecting tools such as Lusha and Klenty, with the ability to leverage them for lead generation.
  • Experience with LinkedIn campaigns and digital marketing strategies to identify and nurture potential leads.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
  • Experience with CRM Software functioning is a must.
  • Experience in the SaaS or Mobile Apps industry preferred. Prior experience with FMCG clients is a plus.
