We are looking for a Call Support Executive to provide frontline support to customers using our Sales Force Automation (SFA) application. This role involves handling customer queries over calls and chat, assisting with product usage, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience.

For one in the Seat:
Requirements :
- Provide customer support via phone and chat for SFA application-related queries.
- Assist users with onboarding, login issues, feature usage, and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle queries related to order management, reports, dashboards, and mobile app usage.
- Log, track, and follow up on customer issues using CRM/helpdesk tools.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Educate customers on best practices and new feature updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Who we're looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM or Sales Force Automation tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Graduate in any discipline (IT background preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support / SaaS support (Freshers can apply).
