A Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for synthesizing market, consumer, product and competitive insights to enable the business to achieve its target MRR across select products. The role will collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product teams to design, implement and execute FieldAssist's product and geo Go-To-Market(GTM) strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Support Go-to-Market (GTM) Playbook
* Assist in implementing GTM strategies to achieve business targets in collaboration with Sales, CS, and Product teams.
* Develop targeted sales enablement materials such as presentations, product demos, videos, and use-case documents.
* Contribute to GTM campaigns and sales plays to address multiple buyer personas and their business needs.
* Help maintain and update the GTM Playbook, including materials for CS teams.
2. Enable Product Launches and Feature Rollouts
* Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to execute product launch strategies and feature release plans.
* Create sub-vertical product presentations with detailed use cases.
* Track the performance of product launches and feature rollouts, gathering data for reporting and insights.
3. Content Development and Marketing
* Support the creation of testimonials, case studies, and success stories that highlight the value and impact of products and features.
* Assist in the production of customer-facing content, including thought leadership articles, webinar materials, and email content.
4. Competitive and Market Intelligence
* Conduct research on target segments, competitors, and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
* Support the creation of customer personas, value propositions, and product positioning.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Product, Sales and CS teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
* Coordinate with content marketing teams to ensure consistent product messaging across all channels.
Who we're looking for:
- 2-4 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong ability to create and deliver impactful marketing content, including presentations, videos, and use cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity to learn and contribute to market research and insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
