As an AVP – Project Management you will lead our project management and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both account management and onboarding, ensuring seamless client experiences from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and tech leads, to design and execute effective solutions.
- Drive account growth by leveraging account management skills to understand client needs, drive renewals, and foster long-term relationships.
- Utilize project management expertise to coordinate and lead teams, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in onboarding management and account management.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful implementations.
- In-depth industry knowledge and a solid understanding of the product and its applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Executive presence, thought leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.
- CRM proficiency, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and account health
tracking. - Problem-solving, team management, Microsoft Office expertise, and P&L accountability.
