within our global sales team. As a Principal Solution Specialist, you will not only drive enterprise-level
sales but also mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing team. This role demands a strategic
mindset, exceptional execution capabilities, and a proven record in solution selling and team
leadership. You will be a key contributor to FieldAssist’s growth journey, helping shape the future of
B2B SaaS for CPG enterprises across emerging markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute monthly MRR and Deal closures in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Drive outbound prospecting through AIDA and BASHO frameworks across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Lead first-level review meetings and demos for enterprise, strategic, and large clients
- Ensure 100% adherence to CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy
- Track and maintain funnel health, strike rate, and average pricing in line with targets
- Drive collection of high-quality client testimonials and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Provide structured feedback loops to Product and CST teams based on client insights
- Collaborate on new market identification, sales forecasting, and revenue expansion strategy
- Conduct training needs assessments and lead learning initiatives for team development
- Actively participate in hiring to ensure 100% manning for critical roles
- Complete timely performance assessments and enable performance tracking of direct reportees
- Support high levels of employee engagement with >90% internal experience survey scores
- Foster team recognition and retention with special focus on high performers and new joiners
- Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning
Who we're looking for:
- 7–10 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Cloud
- Proven success in meeting MRR and deal targets across geographies
- Strong communicator with experience leading C-level sales conversations
- Strategic thinker with sharp problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Hands-on leader with experience mentoring and managing high-performing teams
- Proficient in CRM tools with a data-driven approach to sales
- High ownership mindset with a passion for driving business growth
